MAUREEN TOMLINSON
On behalf of my daughter I would like to say thank you to all those who were involved with the running of your show. It was the first time we had competed at USOC and were amazed at the amount of competitors, you certainly had your work load. I know classes ran late but I can only admire your team of officials. Your judges had a mammoth of a task and your stewards were most helpful, nothing seemed to outface them.
A very big well done to you all.
We had a most enjoyable day also we left with a few sashes (which we were most shocked to have won).
Thanks,
M E Tomlinson, Lakes Riding Club |

LORRAINE & JADE BRIERLEY
Cathy/Emma,
A big thank you for organising such a wonderful day!
We didn’t make it last year as our pony wouldn’t load in the trailer but this year we made it and what a day... Reserve in the M&M P/B I/H and Champion in the M&M P/B Ridden!!!!
Please, please keep the M&M P/B classes, it is very hard to find anywhere with these classes and to anyone with unregistered horses, they provide a fair chance.
Many, many thanks,
Lorraine & Jade Brierley |

BECKY PATCHETT
Just wanted to say that we had a wonderful time at the show, we camped over on the Friday had a BBQ and a few beers, stabled Domino my cob, it was such a nice day with a lovely relaxed but professional atmosphere and surprisingly stress free!! ....even Dom enjoyed his little self. Not only that but partner (who usually moans when a drag him round this horse shows and gets very board after about 5 minutes!) even said he really enjoyed it too.
So please pass my thanks to everyone on your team for making such a fantastic weekend.
Kind Regards

DEBRA and DANIELLE
Thanks to all the team for a wonderful weekend. What a fantastic show for all concerned, well run and with classes for everyone. We didn't stay over this time but plans to bring the caravan and stay all weekend are already in place. Can't wait, wonderful show, people and venue and must mention the excellent judging what a god job the judges did, thank you.
We would recomend it to anyone and I'm sure next year will see even bigger entries when the word gets around how good a weekend everyone had. An added bonus to us was Danielle winning one of the bursary classes thank you and what a wonderful thing to have at the show we can't wait to let you all know how much the bursary helps us achieve our dreams for next season, well done and see you all next year.
Debra, Danielle and all at West Craven Riding Club |

DEBBIE BEATTIE
Hi...
Just thought I'd drop you a line to say what a fabulous show last weekend. Well organised and well run, great rosettes.
Hope to see you next year but I do have one query mountain and moorland classes are split which is great but small breeds excluding Welsh because they have there own classes but they included Shetlands which also had there own classes, can we have Dartmoors and Exmoors only next year please.
Please give all of you a well earned round of applause for the show.

SAM COOK
Just a short note to say thank you so much for our wonderful day on Saturday, which ended up with me and my mare Calamity Jane (Tia) winning the ridden showing bursary.
The prize is much appreciated - we still can't believe we have won it. We are planning some training sessions with Anne Everall initially, and are attending the BSHC& RHA showing clinic in September.
We have been trying to spread the word for a long time that because a horse is from a rescue centre, it doesn't mean that it is no good. I think Tia has proved that point perfectly, as did my previous horse from Millhouse Animal Sanctuary who we sadly lost last year after 21 wonderful years.
We will do everything possible to try and qualify for HOYS next season, and hopefully, with your help, we can do it.
Thanks Again
Sam |
